Why hey, she's got Saturn dangling from her ears!

...Not quite. They may look similiar to Saturn, but they sure aren't!



They may look heavy, but these earrings are actually extremely light polystyrene balls, painted black to accent the border of beads orbiting them.



I talked about these earrings a while back (see post here).

These are my personal ones, but I can make duplicates for those who wish to buy a pair!

Why Not Roll a Ball in Them?

The other day I was making a pair of earrings. I was going to paint a pair of polystyrene balls and hang beads from them. The hanging of beads failed. I glued beads on them instead. This is not one of the earrings, I will post them later, this is a polystyrene ball covered in all the left-over beads. Yes, off course I could have used them for something useful... but when you've got a handful of already glue-covered beads, why not roll a ball in them? 

Ball bead-covering is great to clear your mind! (It's also great to fiddle with)
