How to Accessorize Using a Scarf

I recently got my first infinity scarf (from Vila).. and I can't get enough of it!!

I love:

• how it keeps me warm, 
• its beautiful colour
• how it looks great with and compliments everything I wear - especially with my mustard yellow tank! :)

I love how an outfit looks a lot better when paired with a scarf.

I think it looks super-cool when the colours contrast, but match at the same time.

Scarves can be used as accessories during winter AND summer!

According to E.E. Cummings, I must laugh a lot since I create a lot of flower-themed jewelry.

The Earth and I laugh in the same way. Creating things, such as beautiful flowers, gives me such joy. I'm always peaceful when I'm creating things. I resolve issues through creating things.

I'm sure the Earth feels the same way - the Earth sure makes some beautiful flowers!

Matching Bracelet and Clementine Juice

I've made a warm, golden, sunshine yellow macramé bracelet using ribbon...

Here, you can see it in the making... while I fueled up on yummy clementine juice - which just happened to match the bracelet!

And here it is, all done! :D

The colours of the bracelet and juice, and the pattern of the table cloth made it feel like a hot, warm summer's day... ah I wish it wasn't the start of October.

Yellow Snail = New Product??

Yesterday I saw a yellow snail on my way home from school.

I've never seen a snail with a yellow shell before!

It had the most beautiful, warm yellow colour.

Oh, and did I mention that a bear came too? ;)

I've been thinking of creating a few new products lately - polymer clay of snail, porcupine and squirrel silhouette necklaces and brooches! What do you think?

When I saw the yellow snail, I thought that I should really get going on making a snail similar to him!

He had a warm glow to him and brightened my day- so I want to brighten yours too :)

The snail also reminded me of the colour of some of the yellow products in our store now...

The weather was beautiful today... it's been so warm the past few days, which is great!
It's been too cold this summer and I'm dreading the winter.

Today I wore:

White Shorts (from H&M)

Black Sweater/ Jacket (from b.young)

Semi-hot Pink T-shirt (from VEROMODA)

White Trainers (can't remember where they're from)

Yellow Garden Pinks Necklace (by The Gentle Flower)

BRAND NEW Yellow A Ray of Sunshine Ring (by The Gentle Flower)

I liked how my outfit consisted of basic colours that contrasted each other: black vs. white & yellow vs. pink.


And of course I managed to get chocolate all over my t-shirt and shorts.. I have NO idea how.
It must have been so good that I didn't know what I was doing!

As you may have noticed, I've made a new ring!

It's similar to the A Ray of Sunshine Ring I made a few weeks back. 

Only this one is yellow! :D

What I Wore - Accessorizing a Sweater [I Love Yellow!]

Yesterday I got a fab-u-lous mustard yellow sweater! (I don't know if you've noticed, but I'm loving yellow at the moment.)

It's 50% mohair, which means that it's:
- super soft and comfy
- elegant
- warm (which means that it's one of the few pretty + practical things I can wear during the winter)

It's so cute and comfortable plus it looks SOO good with a scarf or pretty necklace! YAY!

I love a piece of clothing that can be accessorized like crazy, making it 100 different outfits!
It's certainly well worth your money that way :D

It's great how you can buy a basic sweater or t-shirt that you can dress up or down using all kinds of jewelry, jackets or scarves.

I will be sharing a few "outfit" pictures of me in this sweater with accessories that go with it, to show you how one piece of clothing can be lots of different outfits - WHOOP!

Also, I adore how you can wear a sweater inside a jacket! It's super cool!
This sweater looks really good with my jeans jacket- who woulda thought?

I'll show you guys pics of that later, but for now, enjoy the sweater with one of my favourite necklaces and a couple of rings :) (sorry about the quality of the photos - I took them using photo booth :/)
